Description | The business centre consists of 104 standardized offices with an area of 20, 40 and 60 sqm spreading over 6 floors in two separate tracts divided by the staircase. Locality | The building is situated directly at the administrative and commercial centre of Košice. From one side the building is linked to the city main traffic artery, to Štúrova Street. It´s reachable by car, 10 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from the railway station. The city central square, Hlavná Street, insurance company Allianz, bank institution Slovenská sporiteľňa, shopping centres Aupark and Dargov, and the Hotel Double Tree by Hilton are easily approachable by a two minute walk. The bus stop and the tram stop are just a few steps from the building. The taxi rank is located only 2 minute walking distance from the building.
